The changeover day is\u00a0NEGOTIABLE depending on other bookings<\/strong>\u00a0during the main season. Alternative arrangements may be available during the low season.<\/p>\n

Arrivals After 4pm. Please confirm anticipated time of arrival on the booking form, and keep the key holder informed of any delays.<\/p>\n

Departures 10am. The key holder will be available on your departure to receive keys, check the inventory and secure the properties.<\/p>\n

Included<\/strong>\u00a0in the above prices – full use of house and facilities as described, garden & pool maintenance, gas & electricity during the main seasons.<\/p>\n

Excluded<\/strong>\u00a0from above prices – travel, insurance, breakage deposit \u20ac250 from which any damage or breakages are deducted (if applicable) before refund to you. Tax de Sejour which is now compulsory for all holiday rentals. This will be charged at a rate of \u20ac0.82 per person per night, only applies to those over 18 years old. This is to be paid locally on arrival.<\/p>\n
