The changeover day is NEGOTIABLE depending on other bookings during the main season. Alternative arrangements may be available during the low season.
Arrivals After 4pm. Please confirm anticipated time of arrival on the booking form, and keep the key holder informed of any delays.
Departures 10.00am. The key holder will be available on your departure to receive keys, check the inventory and secure the properties.
Included in the above prices - full use of house and facilities as described, garden & pool maintenance, gas & electricity during the main seasons.
Excluded from above prices - travel, insurance, breakage deposit £200 (€250) from which any damage or breakages are deducted (if applicable) before refund to you.
